At The Chicken Rice Company, we pledge to only use special ‘happy chickens’. This means they have been bred in a climate-controlled enclosed environment and fed with a special formula designed for our Chicken Rice. This way, the chickens are always kept comfortable and stress-free.

Unlike most of the commercial chickens, these ‘happy chickens’ are not fed growth hormones and antibiotics. This solves the mystery of why our chickens have more flavour and that melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. At the same time have less cholesterol and less fat.

In fact, we have also achieved certain milestones in our year of research. The usually dry chicken breast is perceived to be the healthiest part of the chicken and it is now tastier than a drumstick. In fact, it is so good you can really have it on its own!

Chili Sauce

The Chicken Rice Company’s chilli sauce has an extra edge because of our home-made vinegar we add. This gives the chicken a unique mix of sweet-spicy-sour combination, complementing the flavours perfectly with our tender chicken.

The Singapore Chicken Rice is never complete without the Ginger Sauce.

Our specially formulated ginger sauce is made from fresh natural hand picked ginger, mixed with blended shallots to give the extra depth in aromas and flavours.

Healthy Eating

While the usual chicken rice is fired with fatty chicken skin, our healthy version is boiled with chicken stock. No unhealthy oils or MSG, just pure chicken goodness, the way it was meant to be.
