Singapore Food Festival 2008 theme is about Singapore historical signature dishes.

And for this year’s celebration cooking classes has been arranged to share how to prepare local delights at home

Hainanese Chicken Rice has been historical dish and an icon of Singapore’s food culture.

We were please to be invited to share with our recipes in our cooking demonstration
